'New Moves' is the choreographic lab of HNB. I produced online and in-person versions of the event. In 2020/21, I developed the concept 'New Moves Online' and managed the project while producing five of the nine films. This reached over 60,000 people online.
In 2021/22, I oversaw the transition of New Moves from online to an in-person live performance and produced the event along with a steering committee. The event was successful, with both performances sold out. I coordinated the event between the choreographers and the house's technical production team and oversaw a rebrand of the New Moves sub-brand, digital content, and a new Instagram account. I encouraged and supported the cast and saw personal growth in the steering committee members, choreographers, and dancers.
